Hilary Wilson Galbraith
Founder & CEOHilary brings 15 years of healthcare industry expertise, specializing in achieving operational excellence and driving strategic growth for healthcare providers. Hilary received her B.A. in Business from Brown University and earned her M.B.A from the University of Notre Dame.
She has served in various leadership roles across multiple medical specialties, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of California’s largest network of physician-owned ambulatory surgery centers. Her experience includes leading strategic growth initiatives for Texas’ largest independent spine and orthopedic practice and running dialysis clinics across Dallas-Fort Worth as an Operations Director with DaVita. Hilary’s management consulting expertise stems from her time with EY’s Strategy Practice where she led the clinical integration for the merger of the nation’s largest home health and post-acute care providers. She increased physician capacity and honed patient scheduling protocol for one of the nation’s premier cancer centers. Additionally, she aided a national payer in designing and implementing their 5-year strategic roadmap targeting the largest self-insured and ASO clients.
Hilary takes an innovative and methodical approach to solving healthcare’s most daunting and ambiguous challenges. She is driven to improve patient access to care by leveraging technology and telehealth and designing and utilizing KPIs that drive operational and clinical improvement and maximize profitability. Most importantly, she leaves clients with the tools necessary to achieve sustained results beyond the engagement.
In her spare time, Hilary enjoys coaching and playing soccer, volunteering for organizations that drive gender equality and early childhood development, and spending time with her family in Dallas, Texas.
